This letter is to inform you that effective December 12, 2005, Ms. Mindy S. Landau has been temporarily assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions Branch Chief for the Byron Station, Units 1 and 2 and Braidwood Station, Units 1 and 2. Ms. Landau will assume all Byron Station, Units 1 and 2 and Braidwood Station, Units 1 and 2 licensing oversight and supervisory duties previously held by Mr. Gene Y. Suh.
