Pursuant to our earlier correspondence and discussions, the follo wing is a report of Aerotest's activities in support a its divestitureplan. As a preti mymatter, I would like to report that Aerotest coximes to meet the provisions of th, negation plan proposed in my letter of January 29, 2004 1All directors of Aerotest 9perea 'ons, Inc., its parent company and the parent of its parent company continue to l e U. !'citizens. No non-U.S.
director of any company in the Autoliv family of companies has I aken any role, no matter how minor, in the operations of Aarotest I have reported in earlier correspondence, we have been unable tc Identi1Iy potential buyers of the business with the xception of two customers of A otest, each of which has expressed an interest in e ating a purchase of the business 'The President of Aerotest will personally visit one of these customers within the ni t30 days in an effort to renew interest in a potential tsansaction.
