SURRY POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 AND ISFSI NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 AND ISFSI MILLSTONE POWER STATION UNITS 1. 2 AND 3 AND ISFSI ASSOCIATED RADIOACTIVE MATERIAL PACKAGES On August 24, 2004, as supplemented by letter dated May 5, 2005, Virginia Electric and Power Company and Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. (Dominion and DNC) submitted their new, combined Nuclear Facility Quality Assurance Program Description (NFQAPD) Topical Report (DOM-QA-1) for review and approval by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff. The new NFQAPD, which is based on 10 CFR 50, Appendix B and American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) NQA-1-1994, was approved by the NRC by letter dated September 9, 2005. As requested in the NRC approval letter, and by guidance published on the NRC website, Dominion and DNC have published an accepted version of the approved topical report. Attached please find both a print and electronic version of our accepted topical report (DOM-QA-1 -A).
