Panel Package for tomorrow's Davis-Besse panel Attached is my first cut at a panel package for the Davis-Besse case. It includes ALL of the potential violations, as well as which ones I believe would be coming up on the SOL. I have included reference numbers on each violation to the inspection report, 01 report, or Doug Starkey's violation list.
Please feel free to modify/update as you see fit to have it ready to distribute by COB today to support the OE/Option 2 time line.
