Re: REGION IlIl SERP/ENFORCEMENT PANEL AGENDA AND PACKAGES Not sure whether you received the below e-mail sent yesterday. Chuck The Region Ill enforcement panel schedule was originally sent to you last week and only listed the Kewaunee caucus on the open hatch issue.
We're revising the schedule and adding a discussion on Davis-Besse and the statute of limitations issue.
That discussion will be immediately after the Kewaunee caucus. An enforcement board briefing package for Davis-Besse will be available tomorrow and will be forwarded to only those participating in the discussion.
