Davis-Besse Statute of Limitations Place: OEMAIL@nrc.gov Following a discussion this afternoon with Chris Nolan, OE, anckara Brock, OGC've've scheduled a conference call for tomorrow morning to discuss a potential statute of limitations problem with possible civil penalty/order action for the reactor head wastage issue at Davis-Besse.
