Dear Madam/Sir:

This letter provides notification of recent management changes within the Yankee Atomic Electric Company (YAEC). On October 31, Mr. Wayne Norton was named President of YAEC, and Mr. Rocky Benner was named the Director of Decommissioning for YAEC, responsible for the decommissioning of Yankee Nuclear Power Station in Rowe, Massachusetts. Ms Alice Carson has been named Licensing Manager.

Accordingly the Yankee Nuclear Power Station service list has been revised as shown in Attachment 1. A revised organization chart, including all of the pertinent management changes at YNPS has been provided as Attachment 2.
