Roisman, and the DPS at the same time. I have included in the attachments just two of seven representative members "standing" declarations (as samples). I have also included a declaration from our clerk as we sought to represent the organization(NEC) interest apart from the interest of our membership. For some reason the file for yesterdays cover letter to NRC would not open in this e-mail program. It is copied and pasted below.
