INCREASE IN FUNDING LEVEL FOR TASK ORDER NO. 26, 'REVIEW OF ENVIRONMENTAL REPORT SUBMITTED IN SUPPORT OF THE DOMINION GENERATION LICENSE RENEWAL APPLICATION FOR MILLSTONE, UNITS 2 AND 3," UNDER JCN J-2442, "TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR PILOT PLANT AND OWNERS GROUP LICENSE RENEWAL ACTIVITIES AND ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW OF APPLICATIONS'
Dear Mr. Ramsdell:
This letter Increases the funding level for the subject task order, which Is In accordance with the PNNL contract proposal dated September 8, 2003, and task proposal dated July 28, 2004. The ceiling established for this task order is currently $43,200. The new funding level established for this task order is $43,196. The funding level reflects the $7996 made available with the closeout of Task Orders 16, 19, and 21 and additional funds In the amount of $5200. The additional funds for the task order are allocated from the funds provided under separate correspondence dated September 15, 2004. These funds will not be redirected to other task orders within this JCN without prior written authorization from the NRC.
