Following our recent conversation, I received this information from David Pelton, the Sr. Resident Inspector for NRC at the Vermont Yankee plant. I hope this helps address your concerns.

- David, I had attempted to send Lisa some information. Unfortunately her e-mail address gets weeded out" by my government e-mail system as being an inappropriate site. I'm sure that It Is not such a site but I was precluded from getting in touch with her as I did not have her phone number.
Lisa's request was for a current listing of Vermont Yankee -related inspection findings. I spoke with my public affairs folks who said we do not normally provided such listings to members of the public. We do; however, make all of our inspection reports, including associated findings, publically available electronically. I will provide you with a name of my public affairs folks and they can help Lisa get the information she wants.
