Doesn't like the VY power uprate, and feels all power plants should be closed anyway because they're too dangerous.

Phone call of concern received 7:15 pm 04/29/04 Received a call frortyce Stowell concerned citizen living in Greenfield, MA about 20 (
miles from Vermont 7ankee. She feels that all near plants are unsafe and should be shutdown; that*
there is no safe way to dispose of nuclear waste,; that we are not conserving energy resources; etc, etc.
She read a letter to the editor stating that the NRC did not facilitate the Vermont Yankee public meeting on power uprate of 3/31/04 in a manner that was responsive to people's concerns.
She stated that she heard a rumor from a collegue that Entergy is raiding VY's decommissioning fund for use on the VY power uprate.
