I agree it does not appear to be an allegation. I forwarded the issues to the VY PM and asked if they would contact the individual.

- Greg, The annual assessment meeting was held at VY last night. Since all of the members of the public who wanted to speak didn't get the chance, they gave out the NRC Safety Hotline number and told them to call it if they had any other issues/comments.
One of the locals who attended the meeting called the 800# this moming. He wants a response. I don't really know if this would be treated as an allegation, but since it relates to the Power Uprate, I thought you (or some appropriate location (OPA?) at HQ) should probably generate the response. The pertinent information is as follows:
