- Dave, I spoke to the alleger last night nitialy stated tha esired to use the licensee's employee concerns program (ECP) toresolv sue. Jhas already f ieenInterviewed by the ECP and Is waiting for their feedback. Wherni af ported the Issue to the Sr. Res. Insp. (SCHOPPY was unware that It would go this far1tl). I explained that SCHOPPY reallly had no other choice iiwas obligated to follow the NRC process.
The alleger had a numb r of questions about the alle tia s process that I thought you could better address. I provideilwith your phone number andnay call you tomorrow (9113102).
Bottom line is thaFj not desire to be i tervee' athis time and wanted to wait f6r the ECP to respond to~isslFindicated that liwas rot satisfied with the ECP response, -
