The alleger responded to the conditional closeout letter and acknowledged that PSEG was reviewing concerns with the corrective action process. However, In/
November 20, 2002, letter stated that he wanted the NRC to keep the issue open.

PRIORITY OF 01 INVESTIGATION: Alleger declined to have the NRC pursue his discrimination issue.
