Forthcoming letter from Vermont Governor Heads up, Tom Madden in OCA talked to a staff member in Senator Leahy's office this morning and she said a letter from the Vermont Governor should be coming to us today. The letter is expected to request that the VY engineering inspection team brief VSNAP and the PSB and to also request an extension on the EPU hearing. The staffer said the Vermont congressional delegation will followup with a related letter. I expect the letter will come in thru STP. I asked them to contact me as soon as it comes in so I can make distribution. Note, I don't have any additional details about content of letter such as when they want the VSNAP and PSB briefing.
