Press Release on Federal Register Notice
- Scott, We are very close to issuing the Federal Register Notice (FRN) for the Vermont Yankee power uprate.
We had previously decided to issue a press release after it goes out. I've attached the draft FRN for you to use to draft up the press release.
We will also add it to the NRC website page for hearings at:
http://www.nrc.oov/what-we-do/repulatorv/adiudicatorv/hearinq-license-applications.html In additon, we have a commitment to fax it to the Vermont Congressional delegation.
Please run the draft press release through me and I'll let you know when it can go out. Will work on a rollout plan tomorrow.
