We are completing our paperwork regarding the Vermont Public Service Board's (PSB's) request of March 15, 2004, for an independent assessment of the Vermont Yankee nuclear plant.
Attached please find, for your information, a resolution of the Vermont State Nuclear Advisory Panel (VSNAP) endorsing the PSB's request.
