Dear Sir or Madam:
By this letter Entergy withdraws Pilgrim Relief Request Nos. 6, 7, 8,13, and 14 that were submitted for NRC approval by Reference 1.
Relief Requests PRR-7, 8, 13, and 14 were made unnecessary by the NRC's issuance of Regulatory Guide 1.147, Rev. 14, which accepts ASME Section Xl Code Cases N-600, N-613-1, N-652, and N-663. PRR-6 was made unnecessary by the revision of 10 CFR 50.55a (b)(2)(xv)(C)(1). Accordingly, the above ISI relief requests are not needed for the fourth ISI interval.-
