AGN-201 Reactor Supervisor Operator License Termination

Dear Mr. Mendonca:

This letter is to inform you that Mr. Robert 0. Beeny terminated his employment with Texas A&M University on October 4, 2005. The university requests that his Reactor Operator license for the AGN-201 reactor be terminated accordingly. Dr. Ian S. Hamilton who also holds a Reactor Operator license for the AGN-201, and who is employed by the university, has been assigned as Interim Reactor Supervisor of the AGN-201. We are presently seeking a replacement for Mr. Berry and will apply for his reactor operator's license shortly.

Please telephone me at (979) 845-1670 if you have questions.

Sincerely, William B. Burchill Department Head and HRTI Professor Nuclear Engineering xc: William S. Charlton, TAMU Laboratories Manager I. S. Hamilton, Interim Reactor Supervisor Kenneth R.
