Physical Security Plan Revision 9 License R-120 Docket No. 50-297 The North Carolina State University Physical Security Plan has been revised and is enclosed. The changes made were evaluated and determined to not decrease the effectiveness of physical security. A descriptive change summary and summary of the evaluation are attached. The revision was implemented without prior NRC approval and is being provided at this time as permitted by 10 CFR 50.54(p).
