- Chris, Just want to make sure everyone has a clear understanding of the present situation. Entergy called me this morning and requested a conference call with Tom. They said the purpose of the call would be to discuss their proposed resolution of the comments Tom provided In a conference call on 9119105 regarding EPU Supplement 33 (dated 9/14/05). Itold them that the NRR staffcould not support a conference call at this time since we are concentrating on completing all SE Inputs by 9130105. I told them that our present strategy was to either have open Items In the SE or propose license conditions If feasible.
Bottom line - there Is no conference call scheduled.
