- Neil, Bill Sherman left me a voicemail (he also talked to Dave Pelton this morning). Bill said the State would be requesting a hearing before close of business today. They will have 5 contentions related to the containment ovepresure issue.
I would guess that I wouldn't get a copy until tomorrow. Will let Comm Team know when we get this or any other hearing requests.
