The "doughnut factory" analogy was one thing. Now he's getting carried away.
Blanch once again called on Entergy Corporation, owner of Vermont Yankee, to engage in a public dialogue on the technical aspects of the uprate.
'We need to communicate," said Blanch. "This isn't a Ben and Jerry's factory. This isn't a Vermont Teddy Bear factory. This isn't a maple sugar house. This is a nuclear power plant. The public needs to be involved."
