RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING THE FEBRUARY 2002, ORDER SECTION B.5.b., FOR SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT, 'UNITS 1 AND 2 (TAC NOS. MC7164 AND MC7165)
The purpose of this letter is to provide TVA's response to the NRC's Request for Additional Information (RAI) dated September 12, 2005, concerning Section B.5.b of the Order for Interim Compensatory Measures issued in February 2002.
The RAI questions were received by electronic mail (e-mail) and discussed with NRC in a teleconference call on September 7, 2005.
The enclosure provides TVA's responses to the RAI.
There are no regulatory commitments associated with this submittal.
