Purpose:

This is an NRC-requested management meeting with PSEG, open to public observation, to discuss PSEGs actions to improve performance in problem identification and resolution and to improve the safety conscious work environment at the stations.

These areas were identified in the NRCs July 30, 2004, letter to PSEG regarding the work environment at the Salem and Hope Creek Generating Stations and in our August 30, 2005, letters that transmitted our mid-cycle assessments of the performance at Salem and Hope Creek.
