Following is a DRAFT proposed rewrite of "L: Transient testing" for discussion purposes:

During the [EPU]...[ENO] shall: (1) confirm through performance of transient testing that the loss of one condensate pump will not result in a complete loss of reactor feedwater. (2) Within 30 days at nominal full-power operation following successful performance of the test in (1) above, through performance of additional transient testing, or analysis of the results of the testing conducted in (1) above, confirm that the loss of one reactor feedwater pump will not result in a reactor trip.
