The Board grants the NRC Staffs October 7, 2005, Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time (1) to Respond to the Licensing Boards Order of September 30, 2005, Concerning the State of Vermonts First Motion to Compel, and (2) to Respond to the State of Vermonts Second Motion to Compel. The NRC Staff shall have until October 21, 2005, to submit (a) the responses specified in paragraph 1 of the Boards order of September 30, 2005, (Order), (b) the three documents specified in paragraph 2 of the Order, and (c) its answer to the second motion to compel filed by the Department of Public Services of the State of Vermont (State).
1 Copies of this order were sent this date by Internet e-mail transmission to counsel for (1) licensees Entergy Nuclear Vermont Yankee, L.L.C.; (2) intervenors Vermont Department of Public Service Department and New England Coalition of Brattleboro; and (3) the NRC Staff.
The State shall have until October 28, 2005 to file its legal brief specified in paragraph 3 of the Order.
