I Cliff Anderson - EDO Highlight 8-20-04.wpd Page 1 3 EDO Highlight 8-20-04 Region I Entergy and the IBEW Local 300 at Vermont Yankee have agreed to terms on a new three-year contract. The contract was ratified at 6:00 PM on August 19, 2004. The Region has stood down from the implementation of its strike preparation Regional Instruction. The resident inspectors will perform follow-up activities regarding the resumption of normal plant operations following the threat of a strike.
