Re: Question Mr. Gillen, Different reports were alluded to in recent media stories regarding the Vermont Yankee nuclear power plant. I believe the NRC report you are interested in pertains to a "yellow" finding that resulted from an Operational Safeguards Response Evaluation (OSRE) conducted at the facility in August 2001. You can find a copy of that report at: hKtp:/Iwww.nrc.gov/NRRIOVERSIGHT/ASSESS/REPORTS/w 2001010.pdf I should point out that subsequent reviews and inspections by NRC staff members determined that the security issues found during the evaluation had been successfully addressed.
