Crystal Bay on the Hudson - Charles Point Marina 5 John Walsh Boulevard Peekskill, NY 10566 PURPOSE:
To discuss the installation of backup power for the emergency notification system, as specified in the Energy Policy Act of 2005, and to discuss corrective actions for the siren system for Indian Point.
CATEGORY 1:
- This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have an opportunity to communicate with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
PARTICIPANTS:
Participants from the NRC include members of the Office of Nuclear Security and Incident Response, the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, and NRC Region I personnel. Personnel from Entergy, the licensee for Indian Point Unit Nos. 2 and 3, will also participate, as will personnel from the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
