- Ralph, Thank you for the copy of the letter.
Rick Ennis had previously given a heads up about the October 7 agenda.
The Department would like me to attend the meeting on October 7, and also any Committee discussion on the area afterward. However, we presented what we had on the issue at the last meeting and do not need time for additional presentation or comments at the October meeting.

- Bill, Attached is a copy of the final letter that the ACRS issued yesterday on the proposed Rev 4 to RG 1.82. This is a non-letterhead copy, but the contents are the same. The official copy should be available thru the agency public web site in a few days.
As a result of our issuing this letter, the staff has asked us to allow them to come back to the Committee on October 7 to talk about additional revisions to the proposed RG that may convince the Committee to change its recommendations. If you want to attend that meeting, please let me know, and I will (1) make sure you are registered, (2) make time for you to make a presentation, if you wish.
We have asked the staff to provide us with advance copies of any revised RG that they wish the Committee to consider, and we will, of course, provide you with that info before the meeting, if we receive it from the staff.
