I have a few questions.
- 1. You have a January (1/9) date for when the crew was notified, but I think you mean in you mean 2/10.

Correct, the brief occurred 2/10
- 2. When you talked to Rich Keenan, did he indicate that it would be almost impossible to get the added work done in the LCO time frame? Did he also have any concerns about management's responsiveness to his concerns since he supposedly told to "just get the job done"?
Mr. Keenan did not indicate any problem w/ completing the work within the LCO time nor did he provide any insight into what his management's response to the additional work.
- 3. Your conclusion sounds like there are continuing weaknesses (but nothing outside the norm) in the work control process. Do you think the workers in the field would agree with your conclusion. Why or why not?
I belief this is a continueing weakness in the entire organization. Work control, maintenance, engineering, and operatiosn all participate in the process. I would say that the workers agree, but I don't have any personal statements from them that I could share.
