Re: Allegation Followup Activities - Hope Creek I have a question on that issue (proper risk assessment). Last week I noticed that the weekly risk assessment assummed 1 day of work. However, the additional work and some other delay resulted in a work window of approx 5 days. It seems that no revision was made to the risk assessment.

Marc - Good review and writeup; I saved to G:\\Br.3\\Allegation SCW E\\chiller job review.wpd.
The writeup seems to suggest that generally, improper processing could result in an inadequate risk assessment. The review does not seem to substantiate anything similar - is my reading correct? If there was some effect \\ inadequacy, a finding on the MRule is possible.
