HC EDG SSDI Issue

Mel, Since 01 finished their review of the HC EDG testing issue (lockout relays, identified during the SSDI in December 2002), I am drafting the closeout of the associated open item (AV 50-354/2003-002-01). It will consist of a writeup similar to that in the original report (2003-002), and will be a Green NCV.

Here's the question. Since there was no associated onsite re-inspection and meeting/debrief with the licensee, the licensee needs to be informed of the conclusion. I will call them, but I need a contact for the appropriate individual. Please let me know who I should call (probably sometime next week). Or, if you prefer, you can inform them during your periodic debrief -just let me know if that is your preference.
