PLease review and comment on the attached proposed aallegation closeout. It's based on Marc's input plus other input obtained during interviews/plant status reviews over the last month or so. Please take a close look at the CRD rebuild numbers. I believe they are generally accurate, but you may have better numbers. I'd like to get your feedback, by lunch tomorrow in support of the May 12 due date to the allegations office.

We had a "to do" for allegations process to observe CRD performance during restart. If I remember correctly, I think it was reasonably good. We need to document a few words to that effect, or if it wasn't good we need to say that. Could one of you do that by COB tomorrow?
