Scott, About RI-2002-A-01 13, this is the allegation regarding Salem, Dave Vito told me that for the "Awaiting OE Memo" he is not planning on issuing this memo until Chris Monroe is finished reviewing a second 01 report that came in after the first one. So there's no date to put on that bullet point yet, and Dave's in the know.
