- Gene, At the managers plant status meeting this morning, a UCS letter, dated June 21, 2004 was discussed. In this letter Lochbaum discusses several items from the restart action plan for Salem in 1998. He compares the issue from 1998 to statements made by the NRC and PSEG in 2004.
The letter is addressed to R. Blough. If the region has not received the letter yet, I can fax the copy I have.
