- 1. now posted on the DRP web page are my remarks (which had been emailed to you on Feb. 6) about our letter to PSEG regarding the work environment at Salem & Hope Creek. the web page also contains links to the letter and the Q&As.
- 2. Also, if you are new to DRP within the past year, you should go to the DRP web page, click on *DRP Policies" and read DRP Policy #1, entitled DRP - - Nuclear Safety Professionals." This one-page policy amplifies, in terms relevant to our daily work, key themes from Agency statements of Vision, Values, Mission, and Principles of Good Regulation, as well as from Regional and DRP focus themes.
- 3. Some Other DRP Policies are of current interest to resident staff and BC/SPEs:
DRP policy #7 --....increasing our in-field focus; and DRP Policy #8 - - backfilling for resident inspector absences.
- 4. If you have ideas about what you'd like to see on the DRP web page, send ideas to Manan Patel, Veronica Rodriguez, and Jorge Hemandez. they will be working to make the R1 and DRP web pages more useful. For the DRP page, they are first working on tools to help intems work through the training program, but are interested in other ideas as well.
- regards, randy LOi
