This email is to confirm today's discussions on the assignments and schedule for transcript reviews associated with the Salem \ HC allegations. Ted Wingfield and Gil Johnson will be available during the holidays and will begin the review of Salem \ HC transcripts. Eileen Neff has provided a sample format for the summary desired. Once beyond the holidays, Rich Conte has Joe D'Antonio and Steve Barr available for the reviews.

Target completion is January 16th. At January 8 panel review we will be able to determine the transcript review status and whether Joe and Steve will be needed for transcript review and/or whether culling of the summarized issues can begin.
