Salem/HC Transcript Review Appended are the guidelines you should be using for review of transcripts. If you need guidance level of detail to include in your review, please see Eileen Neff in 01 for an example.
Identified technical issues should be added to the master binning file (S:\\Salem-HC Alleg Binning.wpd) in the appropriate category. A sample is included for your information.
If other transcripts (not Salem NEOs), then a new binning file will need to be created in the appropriate S:subdirectory.
