Nothing was done with this issue at the site. My last interaction on this was to drop it and that we would pursue the issue with the injection line check valve backleakage. The issue on the safety valve testing is vague and will require substantial SAP effort and or interviews.

This issue pertain to 2004-0010. A quick read through may be helpful in understanding the context of the question.
I have been reviewing allegation files trying to identify any loose ends, and I can't find any records of who you and/or George talked to confirm that the safety related relief valves were verified to be within tolerance. I have a vague recollection that one of you did do that, but I can't find an e-mail that confirms that an inspection of Concern no. 1 of the attached allegation was ever done.
Can you point me in the right direction? Do you have any records of what was done?
