Fwd: Final ARB Forms for Salem/Hope Creek This issue pertain to 2004-0010. A quick read through may be helpful in understanding the context of the question.
I have been reviewing allegation files trying to identify any loose ends, and I can't find any records of who you andlor George talked to confirm that the safety related relief valves were verified to be within tolerance. I have a vague recollection that one of you did do that, but I can't find an e-mail that confirms that an inspection of Concern no. I of the attached allegation was ever done.
Can you point me in the right direction? Do you have any records of what was done?
