Re: OMB number Interesting point. We may not have the authority, but it will be impractical to get it soon, and I think PSEG is unlikely to question the request on that basis. Should they want to question the action, I believe the regulatory basis is more likely but I don't think that will happen either.

- Glenn, Do we have authority to demand info with this letter (I recall statements like 'info can only be requested with a valid OMB number) and since this letter/request really is not procedurally driven, do we need to do anything administratively to validate this request?
