- Emie, Scott Barber stopped by my office on Friday and asked us if we could put something together relative to an issue of high vibration associated with a Reactor Feedpump at Hope Creek.
This was an issue that Joe Schoppy had reviewed several months back and dispositioned as a minor violation. The details of the violation were not in the inspection report since it was a minor violation, but I've attached the full blown version of what was once a draft writeup.
Let me know if this meets your needs or if this supports the action which came out of the ARB. I do not know the allegation number off hand, but can try to find it out if needed.
