Fwd: Re: ARB decision Hope Creek High Feedpump vibes-FYI - attached Is the 4/2/04 email that I had sent to Frank concerning that HC operator procedure thing. I had "CC'd" you on that email but that issue was more on Glenn's radar screen than yours at the time.
Glenn and I had had a few conversations about it. If you want to get Glenn started, just ask him how he feels about pursuing wrongdoing charges for all procedure violations.
