RIAllegation.kplpo.KPDO@nrc.gov We will call him and try to get clear what his issues are. If he cannot relate the alleged discrimination issue to a nuclear safety issue, giving him DOL rights could be misleading. However, I think OSHA also has a whistleblower statute that could apply.
