Th issue with the technical graffiti is that it may have interfered with proper preparation for coating on the inner torus wall, i.e. bad prep could lead to paint or coating peeling and fme in the torus water. Tom Lake mentioned that PSEG inservice inspection guys had this issue to follow.
The issue with the 11 and 12 chiller "straps" is a little more unknown. Tom Lake did not exactly know what the straps were, but the 11 and 12 chillers are certainly safety related.

- Leanne, I took a look at the receipt form. I would think the issues on technical grafitti and the 11 and 12 chillers should be brought up under the list of issues under NRC purview. Thanks.
