Referral Response Extension Request Jeff Keenan, PSEG attorney, called me today to request a 30 day referral response extension to allegation no. Rl-2004-A-0062. Based on the fact that this would not impact any regional goals of closing the allegation within 150 days, I granted him the extension via negative consent that if he did not hear back from you shortly, assume there was no problem with this.
In addition, he requested a one day extension to RI-2004-A-0010 (due this Monday) - I similary said that was OK If you have a problem with this, please give him a call at 856-339-5429.
