Re: Referral Letters About 0020, 1 discussed the issue with Brian McDermott/Ray Lorson. They concurred that I need to call the licensee about it and suggested I look at recent PI&Rs (where I can possibly get some good insight on implementation of the corrective action program). Potentially I'd like to use some of that information during the call to the licensee. Could somebody help me call the licensee Mon afternoon or Tues, latest? Should I call the Independent assessers who wrote the referral response and schedule a time?

Anne Did you send me e-mails for referal letters for RI-2004-A-0020 and RI-2004-A-0061 providing words to use in the referral letters?
