Late Referral Letter
- Dan, As I had discussed with you on Friday (and as I believe previously by Sharon to you in an email) you have a referral letter that was due out on June I, 2004 (that although Anne implied was done) has not yet been done. As you had mentioned, yes, this was a panel imposed due date, however...
I bring this to your attention because as of today the allegation (RI-2004-A-0020) is at 105 days. Please be careful, as your branch had this situation in the past where a FitzPatrick referral was late going out and not allowing the licensee ample time to get us their response without passing the 150 and then 180 day milestones.
